What You’ll Do

• Lead backend development of new features and bug fixes for high-impact applications.
• Collaborate on solution design, from concept to production.
• Work in Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver high-quality code.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment efficiency.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL/SQL Server).
• Deploy and manage microservices in cloud/on-prem environments (OCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Support event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and system performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Spring Boot (mandatory).
• Proven DevOps background – CI/CD processes, build & deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL/SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of microservices principles and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with application infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and passion for making an impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Windows-based environments.
• Background in improving developer experience and accelerating delivery pipelines.
