Performance Marketing Manager - Base44

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join Base44 – AI-powered creation platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth engine of a new product that’s changing the world. We’re moving fast, growing fast, and need someone who can keep up and lead the way. In this role, you will:

• Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and other key channels and use data to push performance forward and fast
• Build and manage high-performing campaigns across the entire funnel
• Test and iterate on creative assets to improve performance
• Analyze data to identify insights, optimize spend, and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with our in-house creative studio and product teams
• Drive growth loops, segmentation strategies, and performance-driven experimentation
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and more
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition efforts and consistently hitting growth KPIs
• Sharp analytical mindset with strong experience using data to drive decisions
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance
• Skilled in building, optimizing, and managing full-funnel campaigns
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
• Experience with UGC, landing page testing, and iterative creative processes – an advantage
