Project Leader – External Evaluation – Yokneam

A position suitable for Industrial Engineering graduates with at least two years of experience

A leading global medical device company developing multidisciplinary products is seeking a Project Leader to manage the External Evaluation stage in technological projects. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Engineering, suppliers, and external sites in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute External Evaluation stages in multi-interface projects
• Manage work plans with suppliers, including schedules, equipment, installations, and logistics
• Translate requirements from R&D and Marketing into work plans for customer sites
• Collaborate with service engineers to provide technical support for equipment and installations
• Monitor quality, availability, and functionality of equipment throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in global forums and provide regular status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role
• System-wide vision and ability to work with multiple interfaces
• Strong leadership, initiative, and end-to-end process management skills
• Familiarity with PLM systems and configuration control – advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Technical orientation and strong system comprehension
• High proficiency in English – mandatory
