Quality Regulatory Manager

We are seeking a Regulatory & Quality Manager for a challenging and meaningful role in a stable and growing company.

The position includes full responsibility for the regulatory and quality domains, leading a team, managing multiple interfaces, and implementing cross-organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional leadership and management of the regulatory and quality team
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
• Ongoing collaboration with authorities, suppliers, and manufacturing plants
• Managing regulatory documentation, overseeing product graphics, and coordinating with external parties
• Comprehensive quality control, handling consumer complaints, and conducting internal and external audits
• Overseeing certifications and required licensing processes

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory and quality fields – mandatory
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous managerial experience – mandatory
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and continuous learning ability
• Service-oriented mindset
