AI Engineer

At KPMG Israel, our Generative AI team is leading real-world innovation, delivering advanced solutions powered by large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and cloud-native architectures. We don’t just implement AI -we redefine how businesses operate through intelligent automation and decision-making.

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help us build and deploy cutting-edge GenAI systems that create real impact across industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Build end-to-end GenAI solutions -from POC to production
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and microservices
• Deploy across GCP, Azure, and AWS using cloud-native AI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business needs into AI-powered systems
• Continuously explore and integrate emerging GenAI models and frameworks
• Develop and optimize LLM-based systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  
  

• Proven experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies
• Hands-on development of RAG-based systems and applications
• Strong backend development skills (Python, APIs, microservices)
• Experience with cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Passion for innovation and solving complex challenges with AI
