About the Job

We’re hiring a VP Finance to lead Obol’s financial strategy, operations, and planning. This is a senior executive role with full ownership of the company’s financial health, compliance, fundraising strategy, and scalability as we grow.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team, to align financial strategy with business growth, oversee day-to-day finance operations, and build the infrastructure required for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.

This role is ideal for a finance leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of scaling tech or SaaS companies. We’re looking for someone who can bring both operational experience and strategic insights to help shape the next phase of Obol’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute long-term financial and strategic plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to management, board, and investors.
• Lead future fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners.
• Build scalable financial systems and processes to support a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Ensure compliance with Israeli and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and banking partners.
• Provide actionable insights through financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align financial planning with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record as VP Finance, or Head of Finance in a scaling startup or growth-stage business.

Education:

• CPA qualification.

Skills:

• Strong sense of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and business analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and iterating quickly.
