We are looking for a Vibe Growth Marketing Manager to be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, helping Guardio’s voice show up in smarter, louder, and more creative ways across the internet. You’ll tap into trends, use AI to generate content and responses, build automations that scale our presence, and find clever ways to make sure people see us, hear us, and remember us. You will:

• Use AI and smart workflows to help Guardio show up in the right conversations — engaging communities with speed, relevance, and personality
• Build credibility by showing up consistently in key spaces — powered by well-tuned automations and a strong understanding of where and how to contribute
• Create platform-native content across Reddit, X, Quora, and Discord — using AI to brainstorm, draft, and adapt for each format
• Surface insights from real conversations — using automation to track trends and feed back what matters to marketing, product, and security
  
  

• Have 2+ years doing marketing, community, or content—especially building recognition and authority online
• Live and breathe digital culture—Reddit, X, Discord, TikTok—you know the language, the timing, the vibe
• Are obsessed with AI-powered marketing—comfortable prompting GPT, running automations, and scaling fast
• Write with spark—clear, confident, personality-filled, with the ability to shape AI output into human voice
• Think in vibes—not just posts, but how people feel when they see us. You understand that vibe marketing fuses emotion with speed and automation
