GTM Engineer

Role Overview:

Join us as our GTM Engineer and architect the AI-powered engine that unifies demand generation, optimal nurturing and routing, and revenue operations. You’ll design and refine our GTM stack - spanning lead capture, opportunity management, and forecasting - so data flows seamlessly and our sales organization stays perfectly aligned.

This role is all about the heart of the funnel: pipeline management, opportunity workflows, deal acceleration, and post-sale handoffs. You’ll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real, scalable systems. You’ll spot gaps, solve edge cases, and ensure the entire funnel—from first meeting to closing—runs smoothly and intelligently.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the systems that power our opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows
• Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity
• Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack—and evolve that stack as we scale
• Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed; we’re growing fast, and we need systems that can keep up

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, CRM (preferably HubSpot), revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company — must
• Built or owned systems that support sales pipelines, pre-sale processes, and customer lifecycle operations
• Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system designs
• Strong sense of curiosity, tinkering, and hacking
• Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack as well as SQL
• Comfortable in a technical environment, with preferable knowledge and ability to code
• Excited about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated
