What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of new features and bug fixes in a cutting-edge financial platform
• Partner in planning and driving solutions from concept through production
• Write high-quality Technical Design Documents, including Use Cases and Sequence Diagrams
• Work in an Agile SCRUM environment
• Manage data with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
• Deploy innovative Microservices on OpenShift (OCP)
• Support scalable, event-driven architecture
• Integrate AI tools as part of daily development

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years Java development experience with Spring Boot
• 3+ years Angular development experience
• Experience with multiple Java LTS versions (11 through 21) and advanced Spring versions
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, SQL Server required)
• Proven expertise in REST API implementation
• Experience with version control tools (Git preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience developing event-driven systems (Kafka required; Kafka Connect is a plus)
• Familiarity with build and deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge, SQS, S3) and AWS architecture (EKS, VPC, EC2, HPA, Availability Zones, Regions)
• Understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) in cloud environments
