About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on OD & Learning Director to lead Aqua Security’s organizational development, learning, and employee experience efforts globally. This role is a key opportunity to shape and drive core people processes and programs that directly impact company culture and performance.
As part of the Global HR team and reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for owning and driving key organizational processes such as performance reviews, salary and compensation cycles, leadership development forums and courses, and global offsites. You will also oversee internal communication efforts, learning and development programs, and lead the design and execution of the employee experience strategy, including welfare and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development & People Programs
- Design, implement and own core OD processes, including performance reviews, compensation and salary review cycles.
- Build and lead leadership forums, offsites, and development tracks for team leads and directors.
- Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and senior leadership on organizational priorities and development planning.
- Learning & Internal Enablement
- Define and execute Aqua’s annual global learning strategy.
- Oversee internal learning platforms (e.g. LMS, Udemy), ensure adoption, and track learning engagement.
- Develop and deliver scalable learning programs across the company, aligned with business goals.
- Employee Experience & Internal Communication
- Design and lead the People Experience framework, including welfare programs, events, health, and community involvement.
- Manage global employee engagement initiatives, from onboarding through internal events and celebrations.
- Own internal communication channels and ensure consistent and engaging messaging across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Organizational Development and/or Learning roles in global tech environments.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing core HR processes such as performance management and compensation planning.
- Experience in developing leadership programs and managing internal communication.
- Strong program and project management skills with an ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Native-level English – a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or a related field – Master’s degree preferred.
