About the Role:

We are searching for a Finance Operations Specialist to play a key role in scaling our financial operations. You will partner closely with the Controller in partnership to help build best practice accounting processes and procedures for Cyera’s global footprint. This position offers an exciting chance to join a thriving organization and contribute to the forefront of data security, making a significant impact on the protection of data for numerous global enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Data Synchronization: Maintain, monitor, and execute processes to sync financial data between our core finance systems (NetSuite, Ramp, Navan, Expensify, Hibob, etc.) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Employee Experience:Ensure employees have correct access to correct systems and adhere to the Company policies
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to streamline recurring data flows and integrations Reporting: Support the finance team in preparing reports for month, quarter, and annual close procedures

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounting experience or equivalent schooling
• Experience in Excel and G Suite
• Interest in finance and accounting with an appetite to learn
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Interest in a role with wide scope in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in Accounting systems such as NetSuite, Expensify, Ramp, Navan etc a plus
