Join a fast-growing team developing advanced mobile applications! We’re looking for a Mobile Team Lead to take full ownership of our platforms and work closely with multiple development teams.

What you’ll do:

• Lead software architecture and technology decisions throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop end-to-end features using Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit and Kotlin/Compose with clean, maintainable code
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for code quality and testing
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines alongside DevOps, enhancing test automation
• Collaborate with business, UX, and QA teams to optimize workflows and user experience
• Improve performance, identify bottlenecks, and leverage analytics to deliver a smooth user journey

What you bring:

• 6+ years of Swift/Kotlin app development experience
• Deep understanding of app lifecycles, experience designing complex systems, managing apps and store certificates
• Expertise in modular design and mobile architectures (MVVM, VIPER)
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI/UIKit and Compose, including testing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions

Bonus points for:

• Experience with SPM, third-party libraries, open source, and JFROG
• Hybrid development experience (KMP / React Native)
• Performance profiling and Firebase analytics
• Contributions to open source or tech blogging/speaking
