Hardware Development Project Manager

Role Overview

• Manage and lead multi-disciplinary hardware development projects from concept through transition from development to production.
• Coordinate and manage internal interfaces across all organizational departments, including Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Planning, Marketing, and more.
• Maintain direct communication with major clients, primarily from the defense sector in Israel and abroad.
• Manage agreements and price proposals with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build project budgets, manage and monitor expenses, including tracking client-driven changes.
• Lead status meetings with internal and external teams, including matrix management.
• Plan and monitor work plans, schedules, and tasks, ensuring achievement of project objectives and requirements.
  
  

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - Mandatory.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing similar multi-disciplinary hardware development projects - Mandatory.
• Ability to manage teams and oversee complete product lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with large clients in the defense (primarily) and civilian sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience with ERP systems (significant advantage for Priority ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using MS Project.
• High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-motivation in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Accuracy, organization, and the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time well.
• Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
