What will you be doing?

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation and compliance.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Manage HTS classification, INCOTERMS, and country of origin details
• Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Requierments:

• BA degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in import/export coordination or international logistics
• Data-oriented, high analytics capabilities
• Knowledge of Customs regulations, HTS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
• Experience with ERP, particularly with Oracle, will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• High-level English - reading, writing, and speaking
