Operations Manager

Videocites is a novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company. Comprising state of the art Machine Learning and Computer Vision technologies, our cloud-based SaaS platform is used by global companies in multiple industries: Media and Entertainment, Advertising, Sports and Homeland Security. Videocites was established by several serial entrepreneurs and three renowned Computer Science professors.

Videocites is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Manager (reporting to VP Operations), to lead and oversee a wide range of operational initiatives. This full-time leadership role is central to driving cross-functional efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across multiple team leaders and departments.
• Design and implement efficient project workflows and workplans tailored to both system capabilities and customer requirements.
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize internal systems to support performance and scalability.
• Act as the central knowledge hub and go-to expert for operational processes and tools.
• Support the development of reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven investigations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new operations team members and leaders.
• Cultivate a strong, high-performing operations team, and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing team leaders in a technical SaaS-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to solve problems and think critically in complex environments.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with productivity and collaboration tools.

Must-have:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep familiarity with tech/software ecosystems and digital tools.
• Strong grasp of social and digital media platforms.

Nice-to-have:

• Passion for sports and/or entertainment industries.
