We are searching for the best talent for a Production Supervisor position, to Join our Ness Zionna site team in Israel.

• Job Summary: MPF site Supervisor is responsible for managing the MPF site personnel to maximize quality and output within a manufacturing operation. This role is accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls.
  
  

• Supervise production operations and work towards meeting production goals.
• Manage 2-3 teams, through team leaders (12-18 employees)
• Supporting 3 shifts (24/6)
• Establish personnel schedules and product lines according to business needs.
• Provide input on production flow and identify potential manufacturing issues.
• Track production orders and schedules, compiling data for production and operational reports.
• Train staff in safety and quality standards while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review work to ensure adherence to standards and recommend changes to operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices in all operations.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor/master's degree in science/technology/engineering/Industrial engineering or relevant field.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred, with prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment being advantageous.
  
  

• Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices and procedures
• Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery, equipment and tools.

• Operate and monitor specialized equipment, checking all operations conducted by department operators and junior staff.
• Responsible for checking and verification of all operations and activities undertaken by his operators and general employees.
• Responsible for informing the Production Manager of any deviations.
• Investigating, resolving and reporting of deviation.
• Responsible for leading changes, training, projects activities in the department.
• Direct managing various employees including Specialist, shift coordinators and operators.
  
  

• This position will directly report to the Production Manager and collaborate with relevant departments.
  
  

• This position will be performed in a clean room production environment which requires certain preparation and gowning practices.
  
  

• Primary location of the position: Ness Zionna.
