Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for technical and customer facing roles, across different sites (Israel, Europe, USA).
Proactively source candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a robust pipeline of talent.
Conduct HR interviews and extend offer letters to candidates.
Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support recruitment and HR decision-making.
Streamline and optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
Take part in different HR projects and processes as required.
Temporary position for 9 months (maternity leave replacement).

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
Proven candidate sourcing experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies and tools.
Skilled in utilizing data to optimize the recruitment process and make decisions based on insightful analysis.
A team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels.
Passionate about learning new tools, approaches, and trends in talent acquisition.
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with technical recruiting- an advantage.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS- an advantage.
