Let's, an early-stage startup with existing vision. Our Figma designs are ready, our dev team is set, and we’re looking for a seasoned pro to turn vision into reality, ensuring the right product gets built, on time, and to spec.

What you’ll do:

• Translate business goals & Figma designs into clear, developer-ready requirements
• Create detailed technical documentation, workflows, and specs
• Plan and manage development timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate between founders, developers, and designers
• Support testing to ensure the product meets requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Project Management (software development)
• Strong grasp of SDLC & Agile methods
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion
• Bonus: Understanding of APIs, databases, and architecture
• Availability for face-to-face meetings in Tel Aviv once every two weeks
