Marketing Coordinator

Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team across performance marketing, email retention, and content initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure our campaigns drive measurable revenue and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a growing product.

As a Marketing Coordinator, You Will

• Work with marketing agency to review and assess campaign results for improvement.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaigns and sales data.
• Provide marketing materials for paid ads optimization.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Create and monitor email campaigns for customer retention and acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote e-commerce through all organic channels.
• Track, report, and recommend improvements to drive incremental revenue and improve marketing ROI.
  
  

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and passion for marketing.
• Bonus: Experience using email marketing tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce).
