So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Guardio's Core Product Team and to own Guardio’s real-time security features. This means defining Guardio’s real-time security functionalities and experiences, managing their development across the security & backend teams, and delivering them to our users. This is a hands-on, highly technical role at the intersection of cybersecurity and product innovation - where you'll shape the features that protect over a million users every day.

Previous technical experience in cybersecurity is a must, an analytical approach, and a desire to do hands-on work. B2C experience is not mandatory.

You will:

• Lead a fast-paced release rhythm of new security features.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation & opportunity sizing, to full feature specifications, launch, and success in your domain.
• Collaborate with other product managers to expose highly technical security features to consumers in all of our products.
• Keep track of feature adoption and quality, and feed your insights into feature iterations.
• Work closely with, well, everyone: Product Manager peers, R&D, Security Team, UX & Design, Product Marketing & Growth, Customer Support, and Marketing.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the industry.
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity (including army service).
• Deep understanding of web technologies, protocols, and browser/mobile attack vectors.
• Proven experience in technical requirements and APIs.
• A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in analytics and KPI development.
• A team player with the ability to lead a cross-functional team to build products. Can unify a team around a goal, and drive towards success.
• Fluent in writing and speaking in English.

Bonus points for

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with any high-level programming language.
• Large systems and scale understandment.
• Startup experience.
• Familiarity with browser-based security or endpoint protection tools.
