📌 About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Team Leader, you will:

• Drive performance marketing strategy – Lead media and creative planning, execution, and optimization to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee measurement & analytics – Define tracking and reporting strategies, ensuring actionable insights and tangible results.
• Lead client relationships – Act as a strategic partner, managing a portfolio of global clients with a consultative approach.
• Manage and mentor – Guide a small team of Account Managers & Strategists, fostering growth and high performance.

✅ Requirements

• Education: B.A./B.Sc. (MBA – advantage)
• Experience:
• 2–3 years managing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
• At least 1 year in team management.
• Experience with global clients in online advertising – big plus.

• Skills:
• Strong analytical ability, data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, BigQuery, Looker Studio – advantage).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent English (Hebrew – advantage).
