Global Logistics Coordinator

Agilite is seeking an experienced and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at a global and growing company in the tactical equipment field. This role requires managing a complex supply chain directly with international partners around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational aspects of the entire international supply chain: drop shipments (third-party), import to Israel & exports.
• Engage in daily, direct communication with shipping companies, customs brokers, 3PL warehouses in the USA and Europe, and Global suppliers.
• Operate and monitor air, sea, and courier shipments, from the moment of order placement to final delivery.
• Be responsible for managing inventory and its movements in the company's warehouses and at 3PL facilities abroad.
• Ensure the alignment and synchronization of inventory levels between the ERP system (NetSuite) and external warehouse systems.
• Identify and quickly resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical issues.
• Work cross-functionally with all company departments (R&D, Finance, Management) to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Review and approve invoices from shipping and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and reports.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in the operational management of a complex international supply chain (import, export, third-party shipments) - mandatory.
• Experience working with customs brokers, shipping companies, and 3PL warehouses - mandatory.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Experience in optimizing logistics processes within the supply chain, with an emphasis on reducing costs and shortening delivery times.
• Thoroughness, order, and high-level organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work internally with various departments.
• Ability to work in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
• Full-time position at the company's offices in Holon.
• Experience working with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
• High professional proficiency in Excel.
