Health and Safety Officer - want to build a new role in a global company?

Here at Knapp Israel Safety is the basis, and now we are looking for a professional to take it to the next level. If safety is your "bread and butter", if you know rules and regulations in your sleep, if you have a passion to create, develop and lead things from scratch - you are probably what we are looking for!

This is a new role in Knapp Israel and you will have the chance to build and influence what it will look like, cooperating with the global H&S department and reporting to Knapp Israel's CEO.

What it takes to succeed?

As a person:

• Proactive approach and a desire to initiate processes
• Ability to lead and motivate employees (even without managerial authority)
• Good communication and public speaking skills (in some domains you'll be the focal point for other subsidiaries).

Qualifications:

• Certified Safety Officer (Ministry of Labor)
• 2-5 years' experience as a Safety officer/advisor (will be great as a 2nd or 3rd role)
• Experience and good understanding of industrials companies
• High proficiency in English
