Part-Time Data Operations Analyst

We’re a growing tech company that helps businesses manage and make sense of their financial data. We’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented students to join us part-time to keep operations running smoothly and support our customers and product teams.

This role is hands-on with data — you’ll help catch issues before customers notice, run queries to answer complex questions, assist with setting up data integrations, and keep key daily processes on track. We’ll teach you the concepts you need, but you should be comfortable working with numbers and patterns, and open to learning core ideas in accounting and finance.

What You’ll Do:

• Review exception queues and alerts to spot and flag issues early.
• Run and adapt SQL queries (training provided) to investigate customer and internal questions.
• Assist with setting up integrations with payment providers, banks, and other data sources.
• Configure rules and flows for processing financial data.
• Post daily journal entries for customers whose workflows aren’t yet fully automated.
• Triage urgent issues — confirm details, document clearly, and escalate to the right teammate.
• Create and improve reports that show trends, performance, or anomalies.
• Maintain internal documentation and help test new product features.

• Are studying accounting, business, industrial engineering, economics, or another field where you’ve built strong analytical skills.
• Enjoy working with data, numbers, and patterns — and are open to learning new tools like Postman or SQL.
• Have great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Are curious and proactive when something looks “off.”
