SEO Specialist

RealPlay LTD is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing social gaming for the US market. 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our Strategic Growth & Partnerships team. This role will focus on building a long-term SEO plan that drives organic growth, improves keyword rankings, and maximizes our online visibility.

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our website(s), creating and managing blog content, implementing link-building and link-exchange initiatives, and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure our SEO goals are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Perform keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
• Create, edit, and optimize website content and blog articles for SEO best practices.
• Plan and manage link-building and link-exchange campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO KPIs.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party SEO vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO requirements are met in all web and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
