🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales & Project Manager – Automotive Division

Apollo, a dynamic and fast-growing company developing and manufacturing flexible, lightweight, and durable solar technologies, is looking for a Sales & Project Manager to join our Automotive Division.

In this cross-functional role, you'll work with leading global players in the automotive, energy, and mobility sectors, combining technical understanding with commercial strategy.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage SDR (Sales Development Representative) processes with global clients

• Conduct deep market and customer research – trends, standards, and company needs

• Maintain ongoing client relationships internationally

• Manage technical documentation and engineering drawings

• Prepare client-facing materials: presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Handle back-office tasks: CRM, client calendars, forms

• Lead internal alignment with engineering, R&D, quality, and operations

• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence

🎯 What You Bring:

• 2+ years in Business Development, Project Management, or SDR

• Strong technical grasp of materials, manufacturing, or technologies

• Excellent English – spoken and written (must)

• Additional languages a big plus: German, Spanish, Italian, or French

• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms

• Quick to learn technical content and regulatory standards

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High work ethic – strategic and hands-on mindset
