Operations & Manufacturing Site Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations & Manufacturing Site Manager with a proven track record of leading large teams (100+ employees) in an industrial electronics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for managing the Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments.
• Develop, plan, and oversee production processes aligned with orders and operational requirements.
• Ensure production timelines are met and coordinate activities across multiple production units.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with quality standards, including IPC610/620 and AS9100 certifications.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise warehouse operations, maintaining organization, order, and process efficiency.
• Define and enforce inventory management policies; optimize workflows and inventory control for maximum efficiency.
• Lead employee development programs, conduct training sessions, and implement retention strategies.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for department managers and teams, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field – mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in operations, including warehouse, production, and quality control – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large teams (100+ employees) – mandatory.
• Significant experience within the electronics manufacturing industry – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret reports, build KPIs, and present data-driven insights.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple tasks independently.
• High-level interpersonal and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
