Control Officer – Air Operations

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Air Operations Officer to join our team in the Air Operations and Flight Test Department. This is a critical and hands-on role that plays a key part in the success of our flight missions and operational activities.

What you will do:

• Plan and coordinate flight missions in collaboration with both internal and external operational and professional teams.
• Monitor and track the progress and completion of department missions.
• Provide vital support for the daily operations of the department.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise in the field.
• Support department-wide projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Aviation Operations Officer License - Required
• Strong familiarity with the aviation industry.
• High proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Flexibility to work during flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A high level of service orientation when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
