The Position 

We’re now looking for a Full Stack & Product developer, Junior + (1-2 years of experience)  to take part in shaping our product and tech vision from the ground up.

Ideal for someone with startup grit, full-stack experience, product development approach, and the ambition to build a high-impact product.

Basic info 

Job title: Junior+Full Stack Developer

Work with: Dev team, with close interaction with the product and marketing.

Reporting to: R&D Director

Starting date: SEP 2025

Location: TLV, 28 Ha’arba’a st. Ha’arba’a Towers,10 min walk from Ha’shalom train station.

Scope: Full-time 

Work mode: Mainly in the office  

Responsibilities

Technical capabilities with product thinking -- participate in the full cycle: Development, Coding & Debugging, Database management, Version control, Testing and bug fixing, Documentation: 

• Development: Collaborate with the dev team to design, develop, test, and maintain mobile and web applications and systems.
• Coding and Debugging: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using best practices. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Database Management: Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and optimization techniques. Ensure data integrity and security.
• Version Control: Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage code repositories, track changes, and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing, identify bugs, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements to ensure high-quality software.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, system designs, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in development and related technologies.

RequirementsMust-Haves

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Code writing Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience in development, including React native, JavaScript, AI, and web development concepts.Database
• Skills: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience in writing efficient SQL queries.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, and documents to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience as a developer or equivalent.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with agile software development methodologies. (GitHub etc)
• Experience with B2C mobile App 
• Background in productivity tools or habit-building products.
• Hands-on experience with CMS and Email Marketing systems (WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp, Monday, etc.)
