Paralegal

I’m looking for an experienced Paralegal to join my growing outsourced legal practice, supporting fast-moving tech companies in the ad tech, SaaS, and digital sectors.

This is a hands-on role working directly with C-level stakeholders and in-house legal teams, helping deliver the kind of commercial, privacy, and product legal support you’d expect from an in-house team—without the full-time commitment.

What you’ll do

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of commercial agreements (SaaS, ad tech, licensing, partnership, procurement)
• Support privacy, data protection, and compliance initiatives (including GDPR, CCPA, and ad tech–specific regulations)
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, guidance notes, and template updates
• Coordinate contract workflows and track key obligations and deadlines
• Assist in building and refining templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience as a Paralegal in commercial/technology law (in-house or private practice)
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or ad tech contracts and privacy compliance
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Business mindset—able to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
