Business Applications Analyst – 2–4 Years Experience

We are seeking a Business Applications Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about aligning technology with business needs and optimizing processes through smart system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business strategy and evolving organizational needs
• Align system processes with strategic and operational goals
• Participate in the design and delivery of complex, high-visibility projects
• Configure, implement, and upgrade Salesforce based on company priorities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (requirements, test plans, etc.)
• Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders and end users to understand and improve business processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst (SFDC)
• Strong technical and analytical skills with deep understanding of business processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with tools like Excel (advanced), MS Project, and JIRA
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• High level of English
• Familiarity with business processes such as Sales, Marketing, Order Management, and Customer Service
