System and Network Infrastructure Specialist

About the Company - An IT company based in Hod Hasharon is seeking a System and Network Infrastructure Specialist for a challenging role in a dynamic and diverse technological environment.

About the Role - Manage and maintain communication infrastructure – switches, routers, and communication lines. Set up and manage virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V). Manage Windows servers and Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP. Operate, maintain, and configure firewall systems (Check Point, Fortinet, Sophos). Provide support for various IT projects at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the communication infrastructure, including switches, routers, and communication lines.
• Set up and manage virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Manage Windows servers and Active Directory (including GPO, DNS, DHCP)
• Operate, maintain, and configure firewall systems (CheckPoint / Fortinet / Sophos)
• Provide support for various IT projects at client sites

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system administration and networking
• Proficiency in virtualization environments – required
• Proven experience working with firewall systems – required

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD synchronization – a plus
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently

The role is located at the company's offices in Hod Hasharon. Includes travel to client sites as needed. This position is open to all individuals, regardless of gender.
