We’re looking for a Product Team Lead to take end-to-end ownership of key product areas and lead a small but mighty product team. You’ll work across B2C, B2B, and internal tools, helping us scale our products and processes while staying close to the user.
What you’ll do:
Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and strategy to delivery and measurement
Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team
Drive product strategy across multiple domains: B2C, B2B, and internal platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company (ops, sales, CS, founders)
Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide prioritization
Bring clarity, structure, and focus to a fast-moving environment
Advocate for user needs and translate them into smart product decisions
Work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate with confidence
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of product management experience
Experience leading product teams or mentoring PMs – must
Proven track record in B2C or B2B2C product environments
Comfortable juggling multiple product types (customer-facing + internal tools)
Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills (Hebrew + English)
Hands-on, data-driven, impact-oriented
Startup background or experience in fast-moving product orgs – strong advantage
Bonus: fintech/ Insurtech /AI Tools
