Senior Game Economy

 Wanted: Senior Game Economy for a SaaS company in the gaming industry at Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time position.

The chosen candidate will  join a lean, high-impact team and directly shape the economic mechanics that drive millions of installs.

Job Responsibilities:

● Play, study and collaborate with the biggest game studios in the industry to create reward economy structures for their games, across every genre out there.

● Leverage behavioural economics principles to drive engagement

● Collaborate with product team to design new features that drive better monetization, and plan their economies.

● Architect and analyze A/B tests: run experiments across player segments to test new reward structures, missions, LiveOps events and other features.

● Build predictive simulations and models to forecast impact of economy changes on KPIs.

● Analyse user behaviour across different segments and economy structures.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.

● 4+ years of experience in analytics, economy or monetization within the gaming industry.

● 2+ years of experience in game economy management.

● Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of monetization strategies, in-game sinks/sources, and retention mechanics.

● 2+ years of experience with big data analysis.

● Hands-on experience building predictive models, simulations or econometric analyses.
