Credit Analyst

We are hiring a Credit Analyst that will be responsible for Monitoring and minimizing company’s credit exposure, leading the credit process in addition to coordination with regional finance and insurance and rating companies

Main Tasks:

Managing Customer Credit

• Managing, monitoring and controlling customer credit on a global basis, while improving customer credit ratios.
• Compliance with global credit policy.
• Involvement in approving financial terms with customers and concluding the agreements in aspects of tenders.
• Checking customer’s financial conditions and providing recommendations.
• Responsibility of preparing and executing customer’s credit committees.
• Working in front of credit risk insurance companies, managing the credit risk insurance policy.
• Working with rating companies of receiving credit exposure reports.
• Preparing and analyzing periodical exposure and customers obligo and credit reports
• Credit controls - Working with regional finance and countries to make sure terms are properly reflected in the system, and that there are no exceeding or expiring limits

KPI’s monitoring

• Assist with treasury ongoing assignments which include monitoring group’s KPI’s related to customers and vendors.
• Assist with setting annual targets.
• Review performance of countries / regions and analyze trends and explanations received in order to raise concerns and promote solutions.
• Check system calculation accuracy.

Credit management dashboard

• Implementing new BI tools to monitor credit exposures
• Implementing new BI tools to manage the approval process for granting credit terms

Customer account receivable management

• Assist with monitoring AR development and KPI’s measurements.
• Working with regional finance and countries to implement policies/instruction regarding customers’ debt management.
• Involvement in the process of doubtful debt decisions

Requirements:

• Academic education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/business administration / Statistics / MBA- advantage
• Previews experience with customer credit management, analyzing of financial reports, collection management on a large scale- Advantage.
• Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) Experience with SAP – Advantage
• Experience with BI tools – Advantage
• Good Hebrew & English language skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, versatility, willingness to work hard, and the ability to motivate others.
