VP Growth

AutoDS is looking for an amazing VP of Growth to join us!

AutoDS is an eCommerce automation platform on a mission to empower online sellers to build and scale their businesses with ease. Following our acquisition by Fiverr, we continue to operate independently—combining the agility of a startup with the resources and reach of a global brand.

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic VP Growth to lead our entire marketing function, fuel our next stage of growth, and build a world-class marketing machine.

About the Role:

As VP Growth, you’ll own the full marketing funnel—leading strategy and execution across growth marketing, lifecycle and email automation, SEO, content, and social media. You’ll manage a team of marketers, collaborate with product and data leaders, and drive measurable impact through experimentation, performance optimization, and brand-building initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets.
• Own and scale user acquisition channels, including paid media and SEO.
• Lead, mentor, and scale an in-house marketing team, including team leaders, specialists in digital, content, marketing automation, and social media
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, including email flows, conversion rate optimization, and reactivation
• Drive our content and organic growth strategy, including blogs, social media, YouTube, and more
• Use data and experimentation to continuously optimize funnel performance (CPC, CTR, CVR, LTV)
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of marketers and external collaborators (designers, copywriters, SEO experts, etc.)
• Partner with Product, Data, and Partnerships teams to align messaging, track KPIs, and uncover growth opportunities
• Elevate brand positioning, tone of voice, and community presence globally

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of marketing experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role at a B2C/B2SMB SaaS company
• Proven track record in leading high-performing growth or full-stack marketing teams
• Deep hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, email automation, and organic growth channels
• Strong analytical skills—you thrive on data, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with performance goals
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments (eCommerce experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—you know how to rally a team and get things done
• A true partner to the CMO — trusted, proactive, and driven by ownership
