Job Description

The Operations Intern is a part-time student position within the Delivery Operations organization, responsible for supporting CyberArk’s Finance business unit through the oversight and execution of key operational processes. The primary responsibility includes managing the delivery of product licenses and software, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and optimal performance after the sale.

The Delivery Operations Intern contributes to operational excellence by maintaining scalable and consistent processes, managing customer data, and assisting in process documentation and enhancement. This role is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain hands-on experience in a global cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of customer software - including license generation and asset creation
• Maintain and manage customer data within internal systems
• Support internal teams with operations-related questions and inquiries
• Assist in documenting procedures and standard workflows
• Help streamline daily operations through workflow and process improvements
  
  

• Active student with at least two years remaining until graduation
• High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing large volumes of information
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
• Highly organized, responsive, and proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Salesforce experience - an advantage
