Cybereason is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic QA Team Lead to join The R&D Team.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and mentor a team of highly technical and experienced QA engineers.
• Mentor the dev teams - Implement quality assurance practices, methodologies, and test strategies.
• Oversee the automation infrastructure, from architecture to implementation.
• Integrate automated testing processes into the testing lifecycle.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop employees to cultivate a best-in-class quality organization.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing QA & Automation teams (managing at least 4 team members)
• 4+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
• Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - automation, networking, web protocols, databases, VM and cloud environments
• Proven experience with building and maintaining an automation framework from scratch
• Experience working with complex systems
• Strong technical skills: ability to deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
