Laboratory Manager

For a leading and innovative industrial company in Netanya, we are looking for a Laboratory Manager – Expert in Polymers and Production Quality

What’s in the role?

• Managing a professional team of 2–3 employees, providing guidance and ongoing training

• Full responsibility for managing and operating the laboratory on a daily basis

• Leading quality control processes and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

• Performing tests, experiments, and solving technical problems on site

• Providing professional support to the company’s clients, including solving challenges and offering technical consultation

• Close collaboration with production, engineering, and development teams

Position requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the industry – mandatory

• Proven experience working with polymers – mandatory

• Background in plastics and in-depth understanding of process engineering

• Ability to manage and lead a small professional team

• High attention to detail, order, and precision

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients
