Head of Ai growth

About the Role:

As our Head of AI Growth, you’ll be the driving force behind integrating advanced AI capabilities into every customer touchpoint – from sales optimization and retention strategies to creating entirely new revenue streams through data innovation and technology development.

This role requires a unique combination of business acumen, customer insight, analytical expertise, and hands-on technological understanding.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead our AI-driven growth strategy across B2C and B2B markets
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to create innovative, customer-centric solutions
• Connect advanced analytics, real-time data, and technology development to fuel eCommerce innovation
• Identify, test, and implement AI tools and technologies that drive conversion, enhance UX, and grow revenue
• Lead data-driven experimentation and A/B testing to accelerate innovation cycles

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, data-driven marketing, or product growth, with direct exposure to AI or data projects
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to translate insights into impactful business actions
• Strategic thinker who executes fast – comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
• Strong familiarity with the eCommerce landscape and emerging tech
• Technologically savvy – experienced working with engineering and data teams
