Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer to take full ownership of our paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Instagram, TikTok and other media channels. You’ll be in charge of planning, creating, running, and optimizing campaigns, as well as building funnels to grow our audience (Telegram followers, newsletter subscribers, and more).

Most important: You must have vast knowledge of online traffic and exposure. You know how to bring order to existing campaigns, integrate funnels seamlessly, and create campaigns at the highest professional standard - with 95%+ optimization. You understand the main marketing funnels inside out and can maximize their performance for measurable results.

This role requires someone who can manage the details while keeping an overview of the bigger picture - driving performance, testing new ideas, and ensuring campaigns meet company goals.

You will:

• Run and optimize all paid media campaigns end-to-end
• Develop creative content and landing pages
• Grow our audience and lead pipelines
• Track results, analyze performance, and improve ROI
