Integration and Support Specialist

we are seeking an Integration and Support Specialist for Polarion ALM.

Responsibilities:

Lead, implement, and support systems including: Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and IBM DOORS.

Ensure optimal performance of the tools, leveraging their full capabilities.

Provide support and solutions for the migration from IBM DOORS to Polarion.

Work closely with systems engineers, project managers, development teams, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful transition and ongoing use of Polarion.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in supporting and managing Polarion ALM or similar application lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps / Jira) — required.

- Experience working with IBM DOORS, including familiarity with data structures, workflows, and system limitations — advantage.

- Strong understanding of software development processes, including requirements management, test management, version control, and continuous integration — advantage.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of lifecycle management tools.

- Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Groovy, or other) — advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong customer service mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work with multiple interfaces in parallel.
