Composite Materials Development Engineer | Lod | IAI – Aviation Group
We are looking for a Composite Materials Development Engineer to join the Engineering Division, specializing in the development and production of advanced radomes.
The position includes:
• Leading technology and production process development for various types of radomes, from requirements definition to product delivery to the customer
• Identifying customer needs and providing solutions throughout all project stages from development to delivery
• Managing price proposals in collaboration with all relevant disciplines
• Overseeing development and production projects to meet milestones and timelines
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering – required
• Proven knowledge and experience in composite materials – required
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within development and production projects – required
• Familiarity with SAP – an advantage
• Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking – required
