About the Role:
We are not just looking for a salesperson - we’re looking for a future expert and key member of our team.
In this role, you’ll handle Israel’s most impactful financial products: pension funds and life/health insurance. Your goal is not to “sell policies,” but to build long-term financial strategies and become a trusted advisor to each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with qualified warm & hot leads.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend optimal pension products (קופת גמל, קרן השתלמות) and life/health insurance plans.
- Accurately manage all deal stages using our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and service quality KPIs.
- Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in selling pension products and/or life & health insurance in Israel.
- Fluent in Russian, with strong command of Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Big Advantage:Possession of a valid Israeli Pension License (רישיון פנסיוני) or being in the final stage of obtaining it.
