Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Kfar Saba. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include setting team goals, providing feedback, addressing performance issues, and fostering a collaborative environment. The Team Lead will also be involved in strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
