🚀 The Opportunity

We’re launching a new AI venture HQ'd in Israel (can work remotely) to design and stitch together custom AI tools into fully automated systems for two exciting markets:

1. Social Media + E-Commerce Automation Stack – AI-generated content, automatic posting, product placement, and sales tracking for creators and SMEs.

2. Grant Discovery & Retention Suite for Developing Countries – starting with an identified interested country for a pilot to help governments and NGOs unlock millions in aid.

You’ll be the first tech lead, designing the architecture, picking the tech stack, and building the MVPs with support from remote developers.

🛠 What You’ll Do

Design and implement MVP architectures for both product tracks

Integrate multiple AI APIs (text, video, automation) and other relevant technology into cohesive systems

Manage and mentor other developers

Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate features in short sprints for initial validation

Work closely with the founder to balance vision, speed, viability, cost, and scalability.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong grasp of AI/ML fundamentals (model integration, NLP, prompt engineering, fine-tuning a plus)

Full-stack capability: comfortable with Python, JS/React, APIs, databases, cloud deployment

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI)

MUST HAVE A STARTUP MINDSET: resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and thrives with minimal bureaucracy

Bonus: experience in social media tech, e-commerce APIs, or government/NGO data systems
