We are looking for a Demand Planning Team Leader to join our RMA Team (Global Appliances Operations group), who has a passion for the Supply Chain world, desires to work with large databases, create forecasts and build complex inventory analysis.
In this position you will use your expertise in Operational processes and lead activities that will achieve high data accuracy and predictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning team
- Create RMA and POC forecasts and analysis
- Monitor RMA & POC activity
- Hands on management of day to day activity
- Stocking and shipment optimization
- Own advanced planning process
- Lead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvement
- KPI ownership: Missed SLA, Cost Per Ticket
- BA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 Years of experience as a planning team leader in supply chain in a global organization
- RMA experience – Advantage
- Proven experience in service management to customers: SLA, Response time, event analysis followed by corrective actions
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent service approach
- Professional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT and others)
- English – as mother tongue
- Team player
- High communication skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner, responsible
