Job Description

* The support engineer will answer CoolAutomation customers in the various support channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc...)

* From time to time, a visit on the customer site will be required.

* The support engineer will serve as the customer advocate within CoolAutomation and he is expected to promote customer's requests and push for fast resolution.

* The support engineer will work with the various CoolAutomation departments such as sales, development, marketing and product

* It is expected from the support engineer to sound his voice internally and help to improve the service and products.

* It is expected from the support engineer to write Knowledge-base content and share his knowledge with his peers to ensure the improvement of CoolAutomation service and professionalism.

Job Prerequisites

* Experienced with VRF systems commissioning and operations

* Experience setting up and commissioning Central Controllers for VRF

* Strong troubleshooting skills beneficialices)

* Computer networking and network communication knowledge is an advantage

* Knowledge in industrial communication protocols such as BACnet & Modbus is an advantage

* Home/Building automation, automation industry technical knowledge is an advantage

* Self learner ability

* Team player

* Ability to work from a remote location

* Past experience in customer service

* High level of written and verbal communication skills

* Fluent in English

* Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage
