We are looking for a talented and motivated RF Team Leader (Analog and Digital) to join our R&D department and lead a team of two hardware engineers in a hands-on position.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RF, digital, and mixed-signal circuit boards (e.g., receivers, samplers, controllers, power supplies, filters, and more)
- Debug and bring-up of PCBAs developed and manufactured in-house
- Provide technical support for manufacturing
- Work with suppliers and test critical components (e.g., power amplifiers, filters)
What We’re Looking For?
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with an RF specialization
- 7-10 years of experience in RF and digital board development
- Strong debugging skills across RF, digital, and DC power systems
- Full proficiency with RF and digital lab test equipment – mandatory
- PCB design experience
- Experience designing up to 6 GHz – mandatory
- Experience with receiver design – a plus
