What will you do at SuperPlay?:

• Own the design of core features, game mechanics, and systems from concept to implementation
• Develop fun, balanced, and innovative gameplay experiences that align with our creative vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—art, animation, product, and engineering—to bring ideas to life
• Prototype new features and iterate based on internal feedback and player insights
• Analyze the impact of game elements and adjust them to improve player experience and retention
• Document game flows, wireframes, economy structures, and gameplay rules in a clear and detailed way
• Identify potential design challenges early and work proactively to resolve them
• Occasionally contribute to live ops planning, content pacing, and feature tuning
  
  

• You're a passionate game designer with a deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.
• You think analytically, move fast, and care about every detail—from pacing and balance to visual communication and player motivation.
• You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy building with others.
• You're curious, creative, and data-informed, always looking to push boundaries and surprise players.
• Experience with casual or mobile games is a strong advantage.
• Bonus points for basic visual skills, familiarity with Unity, or a background in economy/system design.
